Child Safety Standards

Adopted September 2026

Found is a dating and social app for adults. These are our published standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation: who can join, what we prohibit, how to report a concern, what we do when we receive one, and how to reach the person responsible. They apply to every member and every piece of content on Found, everywhere Found operates. Our broader Safety Policy and Dating Safety guide sit alongside this page.

1. Our standard

Found has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. We prohibit, without exception: sexual content involving anyone under 18, whether real, edited, generated, or implied; any sexualization of a minor; grooming, or any attempt to build contact with a minor for a sexual purpose; sextortion; the trafficking of minors; and the sharing, requesting, or advertising of any of the above. This applies on Found and to conduct off Found that arises from use of the service. Any attempt by a minor to use Found is itself a violation of our Terms, and we remove such accounts when we find them.

2. Who can join

Every member must be at least 18. The date of birth given at signup is checked and enforced by our systems before an account can exist, and it cannot be changed afterwards. Every applicant takes a live verification selfie that is compared against their profile photos, and a person on our team reviews every application before approval. Nobody is shown to other members until both checks pass.

3. How to report a concern

If you believe someone on Found is under 18, or you see content or behaviour described in section 1, report it straight away. You do not need proof, and reporting in good faith never affects your own account. In the app: open the three-dot menu on the profile or in the chat, choose Report, pick "Inappropriate content", and tell us in the details that you believe a minor is involved. Events have their own Report link on the event page. By email: safety@foundsocialclub.com. Include the member's name and anything that helps us find the content. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. In the United States you can also report directly to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children at report.cybertip.org or 1-800-843-5678.

4. What we do

Reports that involve a possible minor or possible child sexual abuse material go to the front of the review queue and are reviewed by a person. When we find a violation of section 1, we remove the content and permanently remove the account. There is no appeal for removals under this policy. Where United States law requires it, we report apparent child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, and we preserve the related account data for the period the law specifies so that it is available to law enforcement. We cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement agencies in every region where Found operates.

5. Compliance

Found complies with the child safety laws that apply where it operates, including United States federal reporting obligations for providers, and with the child safety requirements of the app stores that distribute it. We review these standards, and the measures behind them, as the platform grows and as the law changes.

6. Contact

Found's designated child safety contact can be reached at safety@foundsocialclub.com. This inbox is monitored by the Found team and is the right route for members, parents, guardians, researchers, and authorities with a child safety concern.
