What gets deleted, and can I change my mind?

• Right away: your profile disappears from Found. No one can see it, be shown it, or message you.
• Within 30 days: if you change your mind, log back in and tap RESTORE MY ACCOUNT. Everything comes back.
• After 30 days: we permanently delete your profile, photos, the messages you sent, your matches, your voice notes, and any data exports. We'll email you to confirm. This can't be undone.

We keep a small set of records where the law requires it, such as the record that you agreed to our Biometric Data Notice, safety reports, and purchase records. The full list is on our account deletion page and in our Privacy Policy.
