How do I cancel my subscription on iPhone?
Apple manages subscriptions, so you cancel in your iPhone's settings, not in the Found app.
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
- Tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions.
- Tap Found, then tap Cancel Subscription.
To avoid paying for the next period, cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date. You'll keep Elite until the end of the period you've paid for.
Deleting the app or your Found account doesn't cancel your subscription. You still need to cancel it in Settings.
