Where do Direct Connect credits come from, and do they expire?

• Found Elite includes 5 Direct Connects a month. Your month starts on the date your Elite started, and monthly credits you don't use don't carry over.
• You can buy credits in packs of 1, 3, or 5. Bought credits never expire, and they're added on top of your monthly credits.
• An Event Pass includes 5 Direct Connects for that event.

When you send one, credits are used in this order: Event Pass credits first (if you're sending from that event to someone who's going), then your Elite monthly credits, then credits you've bought.

To check your balance or buy more, go to PROFILE → Settings → Direct Connects → Buy More. If you run out while sending, Found will offer you more.
